We operate a 24-hour service through our Chesterfield based national contact centre. Fundamental to our right first time approach is ensuring we have the correct parts, people and equipment in the right place at the right time. To help us allocate the right resources every time, our systems generate a series of intelligent questions and answers. We then provide each job with an incident response level, according to the urgency and severity of the situation.

Business Centres

We have 15 Business Centres around the country offering greater vehicle capacity, longer opening hours and increased technician numbers.

Two-Man Lift Teams

As vehicles evolve and glazing becomes heavier and more complex, we have a number of two-man teams based throughout the operational network in order to manage this work in line with health and safety requirements and proper duty of care to our colleagues.

Wet weather canopies

Retractable covers fitted to many of our mobile units allow technicians to complete jobs at the scene, even in wet weather, rather than taking vehicles to a fitting centre, saving you and your drivers valuable time.

Continuous improvement

We operate a continuous improvement policy and an important part of this is being at the forefront of technological development and aware of changing customer requirements. So we work closely with car manufacturers and automotive glazing manufacturers.

We're always looking for ways to get your vehicles back on the road quicker, through ongoing staff training and using state-of-the-art materials, while minimising our impact on the environment.

Repair before replace

Wherever possible we will repair your windscreen instead of replacing it. This saves you money and time, getting your vehicle back on the road faster, as well as saving the environment.

Repair or Replace?

Recycling

To further reduce waste and costs, plus protect the environment, on top of our 'repair before replace' policy, we also operate a strict recycling policy. We aim to recycle 95% of all windscreens and 100% of off-cuts from non-laminated glass in our factory.
