RAC Wins Business Car Award
RAC wins again after the success earlier this year of winning the JD Power for Number 1 Roadside Assistance Provider, RAC wins The Business Car award for Accident Management services.
RAC has won this Business car award for the 2nd year running and illustrates what a professional service RAC provides for its customers. RAC has worked hard over the past year to streamline its process by merging its accident management department with its legal division and we have implemented online tracking which helps to ease the unpleasant business of dealing with an accident. The Online tracking means that fleet managers can follow any claim's progress from collection at an accident site through the bodyshop stages of repair to getting the car back on the road.
Both the Wins of JD Power and Business Car Award which are voted for by people who actually use these products, this makes both the award wins something RAC can be proud of as it is voted by the people who matter.
