Three steps to help manage an incident and get drivers back on the road.


  1. Request for assistance

    • Driver calls our 24/7 dedicated Accident Services centre
    • Experienced incident manager takes the claim and accident details
    • Claim documentation issued and the insurer notified
  2. Recovery and repair

    • If necessary, vehicle repaired by the roadside or taken to an RAC approved repairer. We ensure the repairer is right for the job, for example, a specialist commercial repairer for trucks
    • Courtesy car
    • Free collection and delivery
    • Load continuation for commercial vehicles
  3. Managing the claim

    • No blame legal and insurance issues handled,
      including third party insurance liaison and uninsured loss recovery
